Role: Licensed Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, function, and independence.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families about treatment plans and progress.
- Document patient progress and contribute to discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and patient education.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred.
- Ability to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.
