Role: Acute Rehab Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses.
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Support a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous clinical improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to patient education and safety.
