Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for adults recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex conditions.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers.
- Educate patients and families about care and recovery.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences.
- Support a patient-centered, safety-focused, and respectful environment.
