Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Inpatient Rehab)
Lead high-quality, patient-centered nursing care on an inpatient rehabilitation unit by coordinating daily clinical operations and supervising nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient assessment and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapy teams
- Oversee nursing operations to support consistent, safe, and effective care delivery
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical support to nursing team members
- Support staff resource management, including scheduling and staffing guidance
- Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and patient safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and act as a key liaison for patients, families, and staff
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical nursing judgment and experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff
- Excellent collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary teams
