Key Duties
- Perform patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians and care teams.
- Provide patient education and support care plan understanding.
- Accurately document clinical care using advanced EHR systems.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical specialists to support improved patient outcomes, safety, and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and adopt data-driven practices.
- Adapt to new clinical software and digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and strong inpatient clinical judgment.
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and comfort learning new software.
