Role: Provide psychiatric care to adult and geriatric inpatients, including comprehensive clinical evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients through psychiatric evaluations and clinical interviews.
- Diagnose mental health conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver and manage ongoing psychiatric care in an inpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
- Engage in clinical supervision and related learning/quality activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic capability in psychiatry.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience or competence working with adult and geriatric populations.
