Licensed Physical Therapist providing evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses.
Key duties include:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic physical interventions to support recovery and functional improvement.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, speech therapy, nursing, and physicians.
- Educate patients and families on care strategies and rehabilitation goals.
- Support safe, patient-centered discharge planning.
- Apply clinical expertise while advancing skills using modern rehabilitation technologies.
