Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing or acute care; 3+ years of infection prevention experience is highly preferred. Relevant work experience or specialized training can substitute education requirements.
Skills and certifications required are proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
