- Minimum of three professional references
- Willingness to work at least two shifts per week with the same clients

Compensation and benefits:
- $15.00–$16.00/hr, with an additional $1/hr for weekend visits
- Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after 8 weeks, contingent on experience and driving record
