ICU RN – Full Time – Nights – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a focus on critical care skills, particularly for nurses with 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience interested in advancing in critical care. The role includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established nursing standards. Responsibilities also encompass patient and family education, promoting safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Duties:

Delivering compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.

Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

Communicating care plans effectively across care teams.

Participating in professional development and safety initiatives.

Supporting patient education on illness management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications & Skills:

RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).

Experience in nursing; no supervisory experience required.

Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness.

Preferred: 2+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
