Role Overview:
Seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 12-bed medical/surgical ICU unit, managing adult patients with critical needs such as hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator support. The role involves promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, assess physical and emotional needs, and communicate effectively across care teams. This position requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, with a focus on professional development and collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Licensure as an RN.
- Prior ICU or critical care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional experience of two years is advantageous.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Key Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with nursing standards.
