Medical ICU Registered Nurse
Provide evidence-based, high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the Medical ICU. You will assess patient condition, develop and implement complex care plans, and manage advanced critical care interventions.
Key Duties
- Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver complex nursing care for critically ill patients
- Manage ventilator support and hemodynamic monitoring
- Administer IV medications and monitor patient response
- Respond promptly to clinical deterioration and emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families, supporting understanding and informed care decisions
- Uphold a patient-centered culture focused on compassion, safety, and excellence
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license with strong critical care and ICU experience
- Competence in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong IV medication administration skills and vigilant patient monitoring
- Ability to act decisively in high-acuity, fast-changing situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with clinical partners
- Ability to educate patients and families with clarity and empathy
