Role Overview:
The Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide mental health assessments and evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include tracking treatment progress, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, participating in community outreach, and supporting patient growth efforts. The role requires independent and collaborative work, with occasional outreach to local healthcare providers and community organizations.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
– Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
– At least 2 years of post-master’s experience providing behavioral health services
– Experience with psychotherapy for individuals and families
– Proficiency in medical documentation and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, EHRs)
– Ability to work independently and in team settings
– Willingness to participate in community outreach activities
