Role: Hospice CNA
Responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on personal care, comfort, and emotional support to hospice patients in their homes
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring patient dignity and quality of life
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Supporting families and caregivers
- Following individualized care plans under RN supervision
