Role: Certified Nursing Assistant providing in-home care for clients with complex medical needs, including former energy workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a safe, respectful manner.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to nursing staff.
- Support safe mobility and help clients move with proper techniques.
- Follow individualized care plans to promote comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Collaborate with nurses and families to ensure consistent, person-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Strong observation skills and ability to communicate concerns clearly.
- Knowledge of safe mobility practices and ADL support.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a home-care environment.
