Home Care Aide providing in-home support to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
Key Duties
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare simple meals and support nutrition needs
- Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe, clean environment
- Follow individualized care plans and document/carry out assigned care tasks
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the appropriate team
- Provide companionship while respecting dignity, privacy, and preferences
Qualifications & Skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility
- Good observation and communication skills for reporting changes in condition
- Comfort working in clients’ homes and following care plans
- Commitment to compliance and maintaining quality and safety standards
