Home Health Aide provides compassionate, person-centered care to individuals in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. In this hands-on role, you assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You also provide companionship, monitor wellbeing, and follow individualized care plans while maintaining dignity, respect, and safety.
Key duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks
- Support mobility and safe movement in the home
- Prepare meals and help with nutrition-related routines
- Complete light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor wellbeing and report relevant observations
- Deliver care in accordance with individualized care plans
