Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home evaluations and treatments focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized, evidence-based care plans that meet patient goals and adapt to progress.
Conduct assessments using standardized tools, document all interventions in compliance with regulations, and educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies.
Requires a Master’s degree, CCC from ASHA or CFY, NYS licensure, and CPR certification. Experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders preferred.
