Lead Caregiver / CNA / HHA provides compassionate in-home, non-medical support for seniors, helping clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support safety monitoring and encourage safe routines
- Perform light housekeeping and assist with meal preparation
- Offer medication reminders and support with prescribed care routines
- Coordinate and follow care plans
- Document client status and report changes
- Communicate with families and the office team
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification as CNA and/or HHA, or equivalent caregiving experience
- Strong compassion, professionalism, and respect for dignity
- Ability to support personal care and daily living needs safely
- Reliable documentation and clear communication
- Comfort working in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment
