Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.
Primary responsibilities include delivering intensive services such as home-based and outpatient counseling to promote healthy development, family functioning, and reduce reliance on inpatient or substitute care settings.
Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related human services field, Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC), and compliance with QMHP/QIDP standards or supervision. Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement is preferred.
Offers a competitive hourly rate ($29.17 – $39.48), benefits (including 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid time off), flexible scheduling, and remote work options. Must be able to commute to or relocate to Bad Axe, MI, for in-person work. The shift is during the day.
