Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.
Responsibilities include delivering intensive services such as home-based and outpatient counseling to promote healthy development, family functioning, and reduce reliance on hospitalization or substitute care.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or human services, Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC), and eligibility for QMHP/QIDP designation or supervision. Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement is preferred.
