Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate *Home-Based Therapist* to provide in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, MI.

Deliver clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct regular home visits to support parenting and family relationships.

Maintain face-to-face contact with families, provide crisis stabilization, and collaborate with community agencies.

Document progress, advocate for families, and participate in program planning and community education.

Qualifications include: a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, valid licensure (e.g., LMSW, LPC), at least 2 years of experience working with families, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is required, with a willingness to pursue Infant Mental Health endorsement.
