We are seeking a compassionate Home-Based Therapist to provide intensive in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, MI.
Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing and monitoring family service plans, conducting home visits, teaching parenting skills, providing crisis stabilization, and liaising with community agencies.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, Michigan licensure (e.g., LLMSW or LMSW), at least 2 years of experience with children and families preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement and flexible hours are required.
