Home-Based Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed *Home-Based Therapist* to deliver in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Provide clinical assessments and develop individualized family service plans.

Conduct regular home visits to support parenting, behavior management, and therapy.

Maintain consistent contact with families and liaise with community agencies.

Offer crisis stabilization and link families to resources.

Participate in team meetings and community education.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology; Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPCC, Psychologist); minimum 2 years experience preferred; valid driver’s license; willingness to pursue Infant Mental Health endorsement.
