We are seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC/ADCT) to support clients in residential addiction treatment through trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.
Provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation per DHS standards. Address substance use and co-occurring mental health needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Facilitate recovery groups and psychoeducation sessions, ensuring ethical, confidential, and culturally responsive care. Qualifications include active LADC or ADCT credential, at least 1 year of SUD treatment experience, and the ability to pass background checks.
