We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC/ADCT) to join our Eden Prairie team, supporting clients in residential care with trauma-informed, evidence-based services.

Provide individual and group counseling, complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation per DHS standards.

Deliver services to clients with substance-use and co-occurring mental health issues.

Facilitate recovery groups and psychoeducation sessions.

Collaborate with healthcare and leadership teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Maintain ethical practices, confidentiality, and culturally responsive services.

Qualifications include active LADC or ADCT credential, minimum 1 year SUD treatment experience, and ability to pass background checks.
