Hiring Bonus LADC/ADCT Licensed Alcohol & Drug Hiring Bonus

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC/ADCT) to support clients in residential care through trauma-informed, evidence-based services.

Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and treatment plans in line with DHS standards.

Assist clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Maintain ethical, confidential, and culturally responsive practices.

Requirements include active LADC or ADCT credential, at least 1 year of SUD treatment experience, and ability to pass background checks.
