We are seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC/ADCT) to support clients in residential care through trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and treatment plans aligned with DHS standards.

Support clients with substance-use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Maintain ethical, confidential, and culturally responsive services.

Requirements: Active LADC or ADCT credential, minimum 1 year SUD treatment experience, commitment to trauma-informed care, ability to pass background check.
