High Risk Cardiac Nurse – Nights

Role Summary: Provides direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care continuum. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Maintains a safety-sensitive approach, working in a vigilant and safe manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • RN licensure required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience, especially in telemetry or cardiac care.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and regulatory compliance.
  • Key Duties:
