Role: Hematology – Oncology Physician providing locum tenens support in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct all aspects of diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment of hematology and oncology patients.
Schedule & Duties: Work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with night call and 24-hour remote weekend call coverage.
Qualifications & Skills: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology, with certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Licensure required in California. Experience with EMR systems such as iKnowmed and Cerner.
Additional Details: Credentialing takes approximately 30+ days. The role requires proficiency in diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning for hematology and oncology patients.
