Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, fostering dignity and independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes
- Promoting safety, dignity, and independence among residents
- Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicating effectively with families and care leaders
- Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; must be 18 or older
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
