Role Overview: This position involves leading assessments and redesigning healthcare revenue cycle processes by leveraging AI tools. The manager will evaluate provider organizations’ capabilities through observations, interviews, and data analysis, and utilize AI technologies such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics to optimize operations. They will collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions, incorporate AI into workflows, and manage project activities, including documentation and reporting. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members, managing resources, and ensuring project success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting or industry experience in operations, systems integration, or healthcare performance improvement; supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, or related areas.
- Proven experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle functions, including financial clearance, billing, scheduling, and patient access.
- Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, workflow design, and project management.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in clinical and operational healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
