Role Overview: The position involves leading assessments and redesigns of healthcare provider revenue cycle and patient access functions, utilizing AI tools to optimize efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting site observations, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping; integrating AI capabilities such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics; managing project activities, preparing reports, and presenting findings to clients. The role also requires managing internal teams, mentoring staff, and overseeing performance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations, systems integration, or related fields, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
- Proven experience using AI tools in healthcare revenue cycle management, including data analysis and visualization.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, clinical documentation, patient flow, referral management, and analytics.
- Strong consulting skills in communication, facilitation, and presentation.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
