Role Overview: This position involves leading assessments and designing AI-enabled solutions to optimize healthcare revenue cycle and patient access functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently and collaboratively evaluate provider organization capabilities through site observations, stakeholder interviews, document reviews, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance revenue cycle processes, including EHR, CRM, payment management, automation, and analytics.
- Design or redesign business processes by integrating AI technologies such as RPA/IA, aligning with client needs and industry best practices.
- Manage program and project activities, prepare engagement documentation, and communicate findings through briefings and reports.
- Conduct research, analyze data, synthesize insights, and develop narratives to support project deliverables.
- Supervise internal team members, provide mentoring, and serve as Performance Management Leader for staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement, systems integration, or related industry roles, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience applying AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle functions, including financial clearance, scheduling, billing, and collections.
- Expertise in building AI solutions for large data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in clinical and operational areas, enhancing patient flow, referral management, and analytics.
- Strong consulting skills in communication, facilitation, and presentation, with client-facing confidence.
