We are seeking a Manager, Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management to join our Provider Modernization Practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess provider organization patient access and revenue cycle capabilities through site observations, stakeholder interviews, document review, data insights, and process mapping.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance revenue cycle functions, including EHR, CRM, payment management, process automation, mobile experience, and analytics.
- Design or redesign business processes incorporating AI solutions such as RPA and IA to optimize efficiency, using established methodologies.
- Facilitate program and project management activities, prepare engagement documentation, and present findings to healthcare clients.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and develop narratives to support project deliverables.
- Manage internal teams, mentor peers, and oversee performance reviews for staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations performance, systems integration, or related industry roles.
- At least two years of supervisory experience managing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting.
- Experience applying AI in healthcare revenue cycle management, including financial clearance, scheduling, billing, and patient access.
- Proficiency with analytics, visualization tools, and handling large data sets.
- Deep understanding of AI applications across clinical and operational healthcare functions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
