Role Overview:
Seeking a Manager to join the Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management team within the Provider Modernization Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess provider organization capabilities across clinical and administrative functions using observations, interviews, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance revenue cycle and patient access functions, including EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Design or optimize business processes by integrating AI and RPA/IA techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage program activities, prepare engagement documentation, and communicate findings to healthcare clients.
- Conduct research, data collection, analysis, and develop narratives for project deliverables.
- Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee performance management, and ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting or industry experience in operations performance or systems integration; supervisory experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience applying AI tools in healthcare revenue cycle management, including financial clearance, billing, scheduling, and referral management.
- Proficiency with analytics, data evaluation, visualization, and workflow analysis.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
