Seeking a hand surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role.
Responsibilities include treating patients on-site for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, focusing on medically complex cases, facilitating return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams.
Ideal candidates have experience with work-related injuries, hold licensure in their state, and are board-certified or eligible in Hand Surgery. Must possess an unrestricted DEA license and medical malpractice insurance.
Compensation is based on a revenue share model, with scheduling designed to complement your current practice.
