We are seeking a hand surgeon as an independent contractor (1099) to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams on orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD/DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
