We are seeking a hand surgeon as an independent contractor to provide onsite care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams for surgical and non-surgical treatments related to orthopedic injuries. Active case management and communication with employers are also involved.
Qualifications: experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA, Board Certification/Eligibility in Hand Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
