We are seeking a Clinical Nurse for a 19-bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) that cares for high-acuity post-operative patients across various specialties including transplant, hepatobiliary, ENT, plastic, orthopedic, trauma, and vascular surgery.
Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, assessing physical and psychosocial needs, developing and modifying individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and promoting safety and quality standards. The role supports professional growth in a team-oriented, supportive environment with experienced leadership.
Qualifications require a nursing diploma or associate’s degree; Bachelors preferred. New graduates and experienced RNs are welcome. Licensure must be obtained within 90 days of graduation. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
