Role Summary: The Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities include contributing to patient assessments, planning, and evaluation; addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; reinforcing patient and family education; administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies; evaluating intervention effectiveness; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; participating in evidence-based practice decisions; and mentoring new staff and students. Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. The role demands strong communication, collaboration, compassion, and adherence to policies and procedures. Ability to work effectively within a team and precept new staff is essential.
