Seeking a general surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly.
Assist in managing medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional restoration. Collaborate with medical and therapy teams to deliver non-surgical and surgical treatments for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
