Seeking a general surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site services for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.
Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, supporting return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to treat orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries, both surgical and non-surgical.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree from an accredited university, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in General Surgery, and medical malpractice insurance.
