Our group includes 6 Gastroenterologists and 6 PA/NPs, with rotation between two offices and hospital coverage. Each provider sees 12-16 patients daily over a 4-day workweek, with a dedicated admin day, typically used as a free day.
Work hours are daytime, with no evenings, nights, weekends, or on-call duties, supporting a strong work-life balance.
