Functional Family Therapist – $4,000 Hiring Bonus

This full-time Therapist II – Functional Family position offers a $4,000 hiring bonus paid in installments, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with matching.

Provide in-home, community-based family therapy using evidence-based Functional Family Therapy (FFT-CW) models.

Manage a caseload of 10-12 families, delivering weekly sessions for 4-6 months.

Complete intensive FFT-CW training and participate in supervision and consultation.

Engage families, assess needs, and refer to community resources, ensuring culturally sensitive and flexible support.

Maintain documentation and collaborate with child welfare and community stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related fields with 2 years of human services experience, or degrees in criminal justice/education with relevant experience. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on supporting families and promoting positive change.
