Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare payer transformation initiatives by developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics functions. Demonstrate expertise in payer operations and act as a subject matter professional in transformation projects. Support business development through client relationship building and proposal efforts. Ensure quality delivery through project management, budget oversight, and issue resolution. Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings development.
Qualifications & Skills: At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with knowledge of healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency. Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Experience leading large transformation projects, managing budgets and timelines, engaging stakeholders, and navigating regulatory issues. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
