Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare payer transformation initiatives by developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines
- Demonstrate expertise in payer operations and act as a subject matter professional
- Support business development through relationship building and project proposals
- Ensure quality delivery via project management, budget oversight, and issue resolution
- Contribute to thought leadership and enhance service offerings
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of eight years’ consulting or executive experience in the healthcare payer industry
- Deep understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Proven success in leading large transformation projects with complex budgets and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
