Role Overview: This position requires leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a dynamic advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services.
- Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.
- Demonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Support new business development through relationship building and proposal efforts.
- Ensure quality delivery and performance management via project oversight and issue resolution.
- Contribute to thought leadership and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
- Deep understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven success in managing large transformation projects, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory complexities.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and authorized to work without sponsorship.
