Full-Time Neurology Nurse Manager

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
  • Assist in developing staffing plans, budgets, and responding to operational changes to meet financial goals.
  • Oversee patient care according to planned interventions, ensuring documentation aligns with policies.
  • Create collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
  • Monitor staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, handle staffing needs, and address disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure department meets operational goals set by leadership.
  • Support payroll, staffing, and communication efforts within the team.

  • Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
