Role: Provide direct nursing care in the emergency department and float to other units or care areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and determine nursing priorities in urgent care settings.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform required treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support effective patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
